- Resume technology updates, software maintenance, code changes, and/or support requests to your outage communication solutions.
- If your outage communication solutions face issues during the storm, collaborate with your service provider to conduct a thorough root cause analysis to find the source of the problem.
- Review the process of sharing your OMS data with your service provider.
Customer Focused Communications
Continue to update your customers about the progress and inform them of the efforts to restore services.
